Version 0.6.47 Released!

Another day another hacking spree!

I see that everyone is chasing after elite equipment but elite monsters are too strong in most cases. To fix this, rather than just make elite monsters a bit weaker, I thought I would do something I’ve thought about doing for a long time and add a whole bunch of modifiers that monsters can spawn with. They don’t all result in elite monsters that drop elite gear, but they should mix things up a little bit 🙂

Mutations

  • 1 in 10 8 monster spawns will be mutated:
    • Elite
      • Double health
      • Double exp
      • 1.3x stats
      • Drops elite equipment
      • Drops double currency and materials
    • Feeble
      • Half health
      • Half exp
      • 0.8x stats
    • Swift
      • Half size
      • Double speed (capped at 10 tiles per second)
    • Slow
      • Slightly larger
      • Half speed
    • Giant
      • Triple health
      • Triple exp
      • 1.6x stats
      • Giant size
      • Slow movement
      • Drops elite equipment
      • Drops triple currency and materials
    • Fiery
      • All attacks are now the Fire element
      • If the auto attack was physical, it is now magical
      • Resistances unchanged
    • Frozen
      • All attacks are now the Ice element
      • If the auto attack was physical, it is now magical
      • Resistances unchanged
    • Charged
      • All attacks are now the Energy element
      • If the auto attack was physical, it is now magical
      • Resistances unchanged
    • Raging
      • All attacks are now the Physical element
      • If the auto attack was physical, it is now magical
      • Resistances unchanged
    • Calm
      • All attacks are now the Nature element
      • If the auto attack was physical, it is now magical
      • Resistances unchanged
      • Double health
      • Double exp
      • 1.1x stats
      • Can mass heal other monsters
      • Drops elite equipment
      • Drops double currency and materials
  • To clarify, the three “elite” mutations that will drop elite gear are:
    • Elite
    • Giant
    • Calm

Fixes / Tweaks

  • Fix for elite monster ranged attacks being the size of the sun
  • Added “download update” button to the PC client when an update is available
  • Added social buttons to main menu
