Version 0.5.49 released!

Hello everyone, this is the stuff I couldn’t get done in time for yesterday’s release. I was eager to get it out before the weekend so here we go 🙂 First here are the spell changes:

  • Knight Spells
    • Challenging Throw
      • Damage reduced to 50%
    • Devastate
      • 40 mana
      • 8 second cooldown
      • Hits the target for 150% damage
    • Execute
      • 50 mana
      • 15 second cooldown
      • Hits the target for 400% damage
      • Only usable on targets with less than 15% health
    • Whirlwind
      • Will no longer hit players if you are not in pvp combat
      • Mana increased to 75
      • Cooldown reduced to 45 seconds
      • Damage increased to 250%
  • Ranger Spells
    • Concussive Shot
      • 50 mana
      • 15 second cooldown
      • Causes the target to switch from you to another attacker or retreat if there are no other attackers
      • Untargets the monster
      • No effect on players
    • Headshot
      • 50 mana
      • 15 second cooldown
      • Hits the target for 400% damage
      • Only usable on targets with less than 15% health
  • Mage Spells
    • Elemental Strike
      • 50 mana
      • 8 second cooldown
      • Fires a small aoe strike at the target dealing 150% damage
    • Mind Games
      • 50 mana
      • 15 second cooldown
      • Causes the target to switch from you to another attacker or retreat if there are no other attackers
      • Untargets the monster
      • No effect on players
    • Explosion
      • Mana cost increased to 100
      • Cooldown increased to 45 seconds
      • Damage increased to 250%

Cool beans, now that is out of the way there are a bunch of other things I’ve changed / fixed based on feedback since yesterday evening:

  • Hotkeys changed so spells are F1 – F3, item hotkeys are 1 – 6 (Desktop Client)
  • Hotkey buttons now display their hotkey in the top left to help our brains (Desktop Client)
  • Crafting stuff no longer spams the chat (that was a bug)
  • The bank is now a safe zone
  • Minimising the game no longer stops it running (Desktop Client)
  • New sparkly effects for healing, mana potions, and crafting
  • Crafting heavy mana runes now uses the correct amount of mana
  • New characters have their first 3 spells assigned by default

  • Fix for a “fix” I put in at 2am that prevented conjured items from showing up until you relog
