Phase 2 of the new support helpdesk is now live! What on earth is phase 2?
- Emails to support are now piped directly into the Helpdesk ticket system
- Emails send out by the helpdesk are now styled in line with our other comms from the game and the Mirage API
- We have started working on the knowledge base
What is the knowledge base?
The knowledge base is an easy to search library of information built into the helpdesk where we can put answers to any and all questions we encounter on a frequent or infrequent basis. When you submit a ticket via the helpdesk the system will search the knowledge base for any entries it thinks might be related to your ticket and offers them to you in case they have the answer you are looking for without having to raise a ticket.
It is going to take time for us to build the knowledge base up, and it will grow and evolve naturally over time, but if there are articles you would like to see added that you think could benefit other people please let us know via Discord and we will see what we can do 🙂
